If I buy add-ons will my shipping charge increase ?
All add-on ‘physical goods’ will be shipped seperately from your REWARD and will incur an additional shipping charge
Will these books be available in other languages ?
All books for this Kickstarter will be in English Language only. In the future these books will be available in other languages one we have negotiated and appointed other agents to retail for us. Although we do not have a timeline for other languages and when they will be available
When will I be charged for my pledge ?
At the point the Kickstarter campaign ends you will be charged your pledge amount. If there are any problems with your payment method Kickstarter will reach out to you to get the issue corrected and your payment charged. You will usually only have a short notice period of time to correct any issues. Please watch out for, and respond promptly to any such communications.
How can I gift the E-books and Audiobooks to friends and Family ?
Digital formats of the books will be made available by the pledge manager. You will will recieve and E-mailed link to log in to download your content.
The three possible methods to gift these formats area as follows:-
1) Sharing your download link and your login information. We do not recommend this unless you create a specific login used only for this campaign.
2) You can download the DRM files yourself and give them to your recipients.
3) Gift the cost of the pledge to your gift recipient so they can set up thier own account and pledge themselves.
How can I gift the physical goods to friends and family ? Can I buy add-ons and have them sent to different addresses ?
One account and E-mail address is linked by Kickstarter Pledge Manager with one shipping address so it is not possible to do with one account.
If you want to set up seperate accounts with a different E-mail address to back again with a different shipping address you can do this.

Why can’t I Combine Business Treasure boxes into one shipment ?
In order to streamline our logistics and warehouse processes we are unfortunately unable to combine shipments. We appreciate this comes with a higher cost for shipping for our International backer fans for which we sincerely apologise.
We hope to be able to offer combined shipments for future campaigns but for this campaign this will not be possible.
How will my E-book/Audio book be sent to me ?
We will deliver the Audio/E-Book via a direct digital download (DRM Free) As early in the designated month as we can deliver them in. It is likely that these books will be available on Audible and Amazon, Kindle books etc in the future. It is too early to wonder when these books will be available on other platforms. As these files will be downloaded directly they will not be tied to any platform.
Can I add on individual items to my pledge ?
Once you have made a pledge on Kickstarter you will be able to add-on all four books in Audio/E-Book and Classic Hardcover book formats and you may also be able to add on the ‘Business Secrets Treasure Boxes’ bundle also. Some additional add-ons may be available when you complete your backer survey after the campaign has closed.
